For hundreds of years, there have been so many fitness programs that came and went. Some people have seen great results where others fail miserably. The main focus on this website is to show you what fitness programs are working right now…

Before we go any further, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Aaron and I have been searching for the best fitness programs, diets and supplements out there since I first learned about fitness.

Like many newbies out there, I just jumped fitness program to fitness program while each workout and diet was telling me how I would see insane results…

Now let’s go back a little further about where I came from…

I’ve always enjoyed fitness and to great pride in it as a high school and college athlete. I worked out often, ate well and got a lot of help from my metabolism. I was in great shape and loved helping others get there too

All Went Down Hill After College…

As will most people, I had to get a full time job, bought a house and was starting a family. So all the free time that I had to workout, was now spent on other priorities. Before I knew it, I was 60+ pounds overweight and got winded walking up one flight of stairs.

I was having trouble sleeping, my health was quickly going downhill and I was depressed… very depressed.

During this time I felt stuck, like I was destine to be another overweight dad that sits in a cube all day and quickly grinding to a halt…

My daughter was born in 2011 and that was the moment my life completely changed… She gave me the purpose and motivation that I needed to get healthy. I wanted to run around with her, life to walk her down the aisle and at some point play with my grandchildren.

So I needed to make a change, but had no idea how to make that change…

The Grind…

I just told myself there has to be away out of this mess! So I decided to get healthy and this is where the next phase of my journey began…

It was the same for every fitness program, go into a gym and do the same thing everyday…

I soon realized, that there has to be a better way and I needed to do my research to find the best fitness programs, diets and suppliments…

The Hope…

After searching many website, blogs, youTube channels…All of a sudden I finally landed on a series of fitness programs that work….

They are simple, designed for quick results, keep you motivated and changed my life..

These are the fitness program that took my weight from 260 pounds to 200 pound. I could sleep through the night, reduced my stress and the depression is gone!
